How to Get Six Pack Abs Fast

 

Well I am not a certified trainer to give you exact advice but from my experience if you incorporate below exercises with right kind of diet, it will let you understand that how to get six pack abs fast.

 

Barbell Squat

Start with barbell resting on traps. With your head looking straight, pull out the barbell on your shoulders and with your knees wide apart, descend a bit down but do not sit completely with all the weight concentrating on your heels and they slowly move back up keeping the barbell back on the traps.

You can start with 5-6 rounds and increase it with time. This helps build a nice strong core and back.

Dumbbell Lunges

Hold the lunges in your hands with your arms placed on your sides. Lean forward with your one foot forward and knee bended until the knee of rare leg is almost touching the ground. Go back and repeat it with other leg.

This helps build full body strength, stability and balance.

Barbell Deadlift

Hold the barbell in your hands and stand straight. Put the barbell touching the ground with your back straight and without curving it and stand straight again. Repeat it 20-30 time to start with and go up to 50 counts a day. It helps to build you’re a strong core and back.

Seated Barbell Military Press

Sit on Military bench press and hold the bar on your shoulders. Slowly move it to the top of your head as you inhale and hold it there for a while. Then as you exhale bring it back to your shoulder level. Repeat this 5-6 times to start with and can go up to 20-25 repetitions as recommended by instructor.

Dips - Chest Version

Keep your hands on the bars and place your body in a comfortable position before you start. Now keeping your hands straight, lower your body on the bar until you feel a slight stretch on your chest area, hold and then bring your body back.

This again helps build you’re your chest and stomach area.

Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press

Lie down on the military bench press and hold the barbell with your hand. Lift, it a bit and lower it down to your chest. Then lift it back up with your hand straight. Hold it there for a while and then bring it back. This exercise helps build the upper part of your core.

Pullups

As the name says, hold the bar and pull your body up using the strength of your upper body and then come down. Repeat as many times you are comfortable. This exercise has least amount of injuries and helps build your chest area fast. It works on most of your muscles during the process.

Barbell Bench Press - Medium Grip

It’s like bench press just you hold the barbell at the middle which builds strength of your inner chest area.

Pushups
